Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60ml) freshly brewed espresso
- 2-3 ounces (60-90ml) milk (whole milk recommended)
- Optional: Sugar or sweetener to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare your espresso shot(s) using your preferred method. Make sure it's hot and freshly brewed.
- Heat the milk (do not boil!). Froth the milk until you achieve a stable, velvety foam.
- Pour your hot espresso into a small cup.
- Gently spoon the foamed milk on top of the espresso. Aim for a single, distinctive dollop in the center.
- If desired, add sugar or sweetener to taste (either to the espresso before adding the foam or directly on top of the foam).
