Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt directly in a 8 oz mason jar or airtight container. Stir the dry ingredients first to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is completely homogenous and no dry pockets of oats remain.
- Seal the lid tightly and place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to fully hydrate.
