Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt directly in a 8 oz mason jar or airtight container. Stir the dry ingredients first to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and Greek yogurt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is completely homogenous and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Seal the lid tightly and place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to fully hydrate.
