Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices (optional)
- Tzatziki sauce or your favorite condiment (optional)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and equipment; finely chop parsley and mint, and mince garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled feta, parsley, mint, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil and mix until just combined.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties, about 3/4-inch thick with a slight indentation.
- Refrigerate patties for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place patties on the grill; cook for 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove burgers from grill; let rest for a few minutes before serving on buns with desired toppings and condiments.
