Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons fine sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon fine ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed fine dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon superfine sugar

Instructions:

  1. Combine the 2 tablespoons fine sea salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon onion powder in a small bowl. Note: Sifting removes clumps that cause salt pockets.
  2. Whisk in the 1 tablespoon smoked paprika and 0.5 teaspoon turmeric until the mixture is a uniform sunset orange.
  3. Stir in the 1 teaspoon celery salt and 1 teaspoon fine ground black pepper.
  4. Rub the 1 teaspoon dried parsley between your palms into the bowl to release the oils.
  5. Add the 0.5 teaspoon superfine sugar and stir thoroughly.
