Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (90g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoons (24g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 large overripe banana, mashed
  • 1.25 cups (300ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 0.5 cup (120g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Walnuts

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the overripe banana until it reaches a smooth, liquid-like consistency with very few lumps.
  2. Add the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the mashed banana. Whisk until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Ensure the oats are fully submerged and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between two 16-oz glass mason jars, leaving space for toppings.
  5. Tighten the lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours) for optimal texture.
  6. Stir the oats before serving. Top with fresh banana slices and chopped walnuts.
