Ingredients:
- 2 cups (475 ml) Water
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Yuja-cheong (Honey Citron Preserve)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Honey
- Optional: 1 slice fresh ginger
- Optional: 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan.
- Place the Yuja-cheong in your mug.
- Pour the boiling water over the Yuja-cheong. Stir well until the Yuja-cheong is dissolved.
- Taste and add honey if desired, stirring until dissolved.
- If using, add fresh ginger slice and/or cinnamon stick. Let steep for a minute or two to infuse flavor. Serve immediately.
