Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (475 ml) Water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Yuja-cheong (Honey Citron Preserve)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Honey
  • Optional: 1 slice fresh ginger
  • Optional: 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan.
  2. Place the Yuja-cheong in your mug.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the Yuja-cheong. Stir well until the Yuja-cheong is dissolved.
  4. Taste and add honey if desired, stirring until dissolved.
  5. If using, add fresh ginger slice and/or cinnamon stick. Let steep for a minute or two to infuse flavor. Serve immediately.
