Ingredients:
- 4 ounces fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 2 ounces lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce honey, or to taste
- 8 ounces water, adjust for desired strength
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the ginger into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- In a blender, combine chopped ginger, lemon juice, honey, and water, and blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Pour the ginger blend through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a bowl to separate the liquid from the pulp, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Taste the liquid and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Pour into shot glasses or small bottles, and enjoy!
