Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Irish Cream Extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup (45g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 4 oz (113g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 3 cups (360g) Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Black Coffee Extract
- Chocolate Shavings (Optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Brownie Batter: Melt butter, combine with sugar, eggs, and Irish Cream extract. Whisk in dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt).
- Bake the Brownies: Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool the Brownies: Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before frosting. Chilling them in the fridge for 10 minutes will help with a cleaner frosting application.
- Make the Guinness Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk, until smooth. Beat in vanilla and black coffee extract.
- Frost the Brownies: Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chocolate shavings, if desired. Cut into squares and serve.
