Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder (approximately 1g)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional, for extra heat, approximately 0.5g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (approximately 1.25ml)
  • Pinch of Salt (to taste)
  • Pinch of Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Gently melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Alternatively, melt in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  2. Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and emulsified into a smooth sauce.
  4. Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper to your preference. Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper for more heat if desired.
  5. For a slightly thicker sauce, simmer over very low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to burn the butter.
  6. Immediately toss the cooked wings (or other chosen item) with the warm sauce. Serve immediately.
