Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together to ensure they are evenly distributed. Alternatively, use a fork.
  3. Taste a small pinch of the seasoning and adjust the cayenne pepper (for heat) or salt (for flavour) to your preference.
  4. Transfer the taco seasoning to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
