Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is fully incorporated and creamy.
- Pat the salmon fillets very dry using paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring adequate space between the pieces.
- Evenly spoon or brush the lemon garlic butter mixture over the top surface of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature reaching 145°F/63°C for well-done, or 135°F/57°C for medium-rare).
- Remove the salmon from the oven. Sprinkle generously with the fresh chopped parsley and dill. Serve immediately.
