  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is fully incorporated and creamy.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets very dry using paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring adequate space between the pieces.
  4. Evenly spoon or brush the lemon garlic butter mixture over the top surface of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-covered.
  5. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature reaching 145°F/63°C for well-done, or 135°F/57°C for medium-rare).
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven. Sprinkle generously with the fresh chopped parsley and dill. Serve immediately.
