Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 grouper fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Additional fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Place the grouper fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the fish
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Remove grouper from the marinade, shaking off excess. Place fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Transfer the grilled grouper to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and additional fresh herbs. Enjoy!
