Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 grouper fillets (about 6 oz each)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Additional fresh herbs, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Place the grouper fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the fish
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Remove grouper from the marinade, shaking off excess. Place fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Transfer the grilled grouper to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and additional fresh herbs. Enjoy!
