Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or gluten-free)
- ½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- ½ cup jelly or jam (any flavor)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon butter for toasting
Instructions:
- Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- Take 2 slices of bread and spread ¼ cup of peanut butter on each using a butter knife.
- On the remaining 2 slices of bread, spread ¼ cup of jelly or jam.
- Place the peanut butter slices on top of the jelly slices to create two sandwiches.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter if desired, and toast each sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
