Ingredients:

  • 10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) Mango Puree
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) White Rum
  • Club Soda, to top
  • Ice, as needed
  • Mango slice and mint sprig, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with the simple syrup.
  2. Add the mango puree and white rum to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a slice of mango and a sprig of fresh mint.
