Ingredients:
- 10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 ounces (60 ml) Mango Puree
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces (60 ml) White Rum
- Club Soda, to top
- Ice, as needed
- Mango slice and mint sprig, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with the simple syrup.
- Add the mango puree and white rum to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a slice of mango and a sprig of fresh mint.
