- 2 cups (400g) frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup (120ml) white rum (optional)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) simple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes
- Mango slices (optional)
- Lime wedges (optional)
- Mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients. Chop fresh mango (if using) and have the lime juice ready.
- In a blender, combine the frozen mango, rum (if using), lime juice, simple syrup, ginger, and ice.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Add more ice if a thicker consistency is desired.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness (add more simple syrup) or tartness (add more lime juice) as needed.
- Pour the Mango Tango into glasses.
- Garnish with mango slices, lime wedges, and mint sprigs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
