Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (400g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) white rum (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) simple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes
  • Mango slices (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)
  • Mint sprigs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients. Chop fresh mango (if using) and have the lime juice ready.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen mango, rum (if using), lime juice, simple syrup, ginger, and ice.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Add more ice if a thicker consistency is desired.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness (add more simple syrup) or tartness (add more lime juice) as needed.
  5. Pour the Mango Tango into glasses.
  6. Garnish with mango slices, lime wedges, and mint sprigs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
