Instructions:

  1. Place your stainless steel mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to ensure all components are ice-cold.
  2. Add the cold mascarpone, cold heavy whipping cream, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste into the chilled bowl.
  3. Start the mixer on low speed until ingredients are just combined.
  4. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture reaches stiff peaks and a thick, spreadable consistency.
