Instructions:
- Place your stainless steel mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to ensure all components are ice-cold.
- Add the cold mascarpone, cold heavy whipping cream, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste into the chilled bowl.
- Start the mixer on low speed until ingredients are just combined.
- Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture reaches stiff peaks and a thick, spreadable consistency.
