Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sour cream
  • 1 tsp (5 g) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 medium mini cucumbers (approximately 6-7 inches each)
  • Optional: Paprika or additional herbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Wash the mini cucumbers and slice off the ends. Cut each cucumber into 1-inch thick rounds to form discs.
  4. Use a spoon or piping bag to generously dollop or pipe the cream cheese filling onto each cucumber slice. Garnish with paprika or additional herbs if desired.
  5. Arrange the cucumber bites on a platter and serve immediately.
