Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 g) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 g) fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 medium mini cucumbers (approximately 6-7 inches each)
- Optional: Paprika or additional herbs for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
- Stir in lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash the mini cucumbers and slice off the ends. Cut each cucumber into 1-inch thick rounds to form discs.
- Use a spoon or piping bag to generously dollop or pipe the cream cheese filling onto each cucumber slice. Garnish with paprika or additional herbs if desired.
- Arrange the cucumber bites on a platter and serve immediately.
