  • 4 oz deli turkey breast, cubed
  • 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, halved
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, seedless
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 tbsp raw almonds, unsalted
  • 3 tbsp classic hummus

Instructions:

  1. Place the cubed turkey and cheddar cheese in the largest compartment of a bento-style container.
  2. Arrange the halved hard-boiled egg on top of the turkey and cheese.
  3. Fill the medium compartments with the baby carrots and cucumber slices, ensuring vegetables are patted dry.
  4. Add the red grapes to the remaining space, keeping them separated from the vegetables to prevent moisture transfer.
  5. Spoon the hummus into the smallest compartment or a separate mini-container.
  6. Scatter the raw almonds in the remaining gap or alongside the cheese.
