  • 240 ml (1 cup) apple cider (fresh pressed is best)
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) brandy
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 2 medium apples (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji), cored and chopped (approximately 300g)
  • 1 medium pear (such as Anjou or Bosc), cored and chopped (approximately 200g)
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Optional: Sparkling water or ginger ale, for topping
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Core and chop the apples and pear. Slice the orange and lemon into rounds.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, brandy, and orange liqueur.
  3. Add the chopped apples, pears, orange slices, lemon slices, and cinnamon sticks to the pitcher.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to several hours.
