Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) Chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop (15g) Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) Maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions:
- Measure oats. Place 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats into your jar.
- Add seeds. Toss in 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds.
- Incorporate protein. Add 1/2 scoop (15g) protein powder and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- Salt it. Sprinkle in that pinch of sea salt.
- Pour liquids. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) almond milk and 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup.
- Add yogurt. Plop 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt on top.
- Stir vigorously. Use a long spoon to mix until no dry streaks of powder remain.
- Wait and stir. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir again until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Seal jar. Screw the lid on tight.
- Chill out. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours until the mixture is thick and shaky firm.
