Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Pusser's Rum (or other dark, aged rum)
- 4 oz (120 ml) Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Cream of Coconut (like Coco Lopez)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Orange Juice
- Freshly grated Nutmeg, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Chill your serving glass. You can put it in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice while you're preparing the drink.
- In a cocktail shaker (or a glass if you don't have a shaker), combine the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and orange juice.
- If using a shaker, fill it with ice and shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds). This helps emulsify the cream of coconut. If not using a shaker, stir well with ice.
- Strain the mixture into your chilled glass filled with ice.
- Generously grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
- Enjoy immediately, preferably with a tiny umbrella!
