Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (200g) finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. If using Italian seasoning and pepper, mix them together in a small bowl.
  3. Arrange small mounds of grated Parmesan cheese (about 2 tablespoons each) on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each mound with seasoning mixture, if using.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
  5. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes until slightly firm. Gently lift the crisps with a spatula and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Drizzle cooled crisps with balsamic glaze just before serving.
