Ingredients:

  • 32g freshly ground coffee beans (medium-coarse grind)
  • 200ml filtered water
  • 250g large solid ice cubes
  • 60ml whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions:

  1. Place 250g of ice cubes directly into a tall serving glass or carafe and position your pour-over dripper directly on top.
  2. Add 32g of coffee grounds to the filter. Pour 64ml of 205°F water over the grounds and allow it to bloom for 30 seconds to release CO2.
  3. Slowly pour the remaining hot water in circular motions. The hot concentrate will flash-chill as it drips directly onto the ice.
  4. Remove the dripper and stir the coffee briefly. Pour 60ml of whole milk over the back of a spoon and stir in vanilla bean paste if desired.
