- 2 tablespoons honey (30g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated (15g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)

Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: Carefully segment the pink oranges and grapefruit, removing any seeds. Slice the avocado and red onion. Chop the mint leaves.
