  • 2 tablespoons honey (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated (15g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Carefully segment the pink oranges and grapefruit, removing any seeds. Slice the avocado and red onion. Chop the mint leaves.
  2. Make the dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, grated ginger, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
