Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, bite-sized chunks
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 medium kiwis, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • 1 large mango, cubed
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters.
  2. Dice the pineapple into bite-sized chunks, roughly 1/2 inch squares.
  3. Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin half moons.
  4. Cube the mango into uniform pieces, avoiding the pit by cutting the sides off first.
  5. Halve the green grapes into clean, vertical splits.
  6. Place all the prepared fruit into the large glass bowl.
  7. In your small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  8. Pour the dressing over the fruit.
  9. Using your spatula, fold the fruit gently from the bottom up to protect the blueberries and kiwis from bursting.
  10. Stop mixing as soon as the fruit is glistening.
