Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup (110ml) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1/4 cup (35g) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (40g) dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup (30g) flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp (15g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Pulse the rolled oats in the food processor for 10–15 seconds until they look like coarse sand.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fold in the pulsed oats until a thick dough forms.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips, dried berries, and seeds until evenly distributed and the dough feels cohesive.
  5. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to settle the fats.
  6. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms until it forms a smooth, tight sphere.
