Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (170g) frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups (300g) frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup (240ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk and Greek yogurt into the blender first, followed by the vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  2. Add the frozen peaches and raspberries on top of the liquid base.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large chunks, then quickly increase to high speed.
  4. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and a deep pink vortex forms.
  5. Stop the blender and stir with a spoon to check for unblended fruit; add a splash more milk if too thick or more frozen peaches if too thin.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
