Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Cranberry Juice
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Grenadine
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Vodka (or White Rum)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Cream of Coconut (or Coconut Cream)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • Fresh Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Festive Cocktail Picks (optional)
  • Sugar (optional, for rimming)

Instructions:

  1. Rim the glass with sugar by wetting the rim and dipping it in sugar (optional).
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Gently pour the cranberry juice and grenadine into the bottom of the glass, creating the red layer.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka (or rum), pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Add ice and shake well. Carefully layer this mixture on top of the red layer by gently pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  5. In a separate small glass or shaker, combine Blue Curaçao and lemon juice. Gently layer this mixture on top of the white layer, using the back of a spoon.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries and a festive cocktail pick.
  7. Serve immediately.
