Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60ml) Vodka
  • 4 oz (120ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Kosher Salt
  • Grapefruit wedge
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge.
  2. Spread kosher salt on a small plate. Gently roll the moistened rim of the glass in the salt to create a salted rim.
  3. In a cocktail shaker (optional) or directly in the prepared glass, combine vodka and grapefruit juice.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. If using a cocktail shaker, shake well until chilled, and strain into the prepared glass filled with ice. Otherwise, stir well directly in the glass.
  6. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge. Enjoy your Salty Dog cocktail!
