Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) Vodka
- 4 oz (120ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- Kosher Salt
- Grapefruit wedge
- Ice
Instructions:
- Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge.
- Spread kosher salt on a small plate. Gently roll the moistened rim of the glass in the salt to create a salted rim.
- In a cocktail shaker (optional) or directly in the prepared glass, combine vodka and grapefruit juice.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- If using a cocktail shaker, shake well until chilled, and strain into the prepared glass filled with ice. Otherwise, stir well directly in the glass.
- Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge. Enjoy your Salty Dog cocktail!
