- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions:
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth; slice into ½-inch pieces.
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Incorporate sliced king mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown.
- Pour soy sauce over the mushrooms; stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add butter, parsley, and thyme; stir until butter is melted and mixed in.
- Transfer to a serving dish; enjoy warm.
