- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Irish Cream Liqueur (Baileys recommended)
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Orange Liqueur (Grand Marnier or Cointreau recommended)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Vodka (Citron Vodka recommended)
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup
- Sugar, for rimming the glass
- 1 oz (30 ml) Vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) Triple Sec
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Vodka (Vanilla Vodka recommended)
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Hazelnut Liqueur (Frangelico recommended)
- Lemon wedge, for serving
- 1 oz (30 ml) Butterscotch Schnapps
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Irish Cream Liqueur (Baileys recommended)
Instructions:
- B-52: Gently layer ingredients in a shot glass, starting with the coffee liqueur. Carefully pour the Irish cream over the back of a spoon, creating a distinct layer. Repeat with the orange liqueur. Serve immediately.
- Lemon Drop Shot: Rim a shot glass with sugar. Combine vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into the prepared shot glass. Serve immediately.
- Kamikaze Shot: Combine vodka, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a shot glass. Serve immediately.
- Chocolate Cake Shot: Rim a shot glass with sugar. Pour vanilla vodka and hazelnut liqueur into the prepared shot glass. Serve with a lemon wedge. Instruct the drinker to lick the lemon, drink the shot, and then chase with the sugar-rimmed lemon.
