Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Balsamic Vinegar (good quality)
Instructions:
- Pour the balsamic vinegar into the medium saucepan.
- Bring the vinegar to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Check the consistency by dipping a spoon into the glaze. It should coat the back of the spoon and slowly drip off. If it's still too thin, continue simmering for a few more minutes, checking frequently.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely. The balsamic glaze will thicken further as it cools.
- Transfer the cooled glaze to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
