Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Sloe Gin
- 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Simple Syrup (or to taste)
- 2-3 oz (60-90 ml) Soda Water or Club Soda, chilled
- Lemon wedge or fresh berries (for garnish)
- Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Chill your highball glass in the freezer while you prepare the drink.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into your chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top the glass with chilled soda water or club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or a few fresh berries. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful sloe gin and fizz!
