Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Simple Syrup (or to taste)
  • 2-3 oz (60-90 ml) Soda Water or Club Soda, chilled
  • Lemon wedge or fresh berries (for garnish)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions:

  1. Chill your highball glass in the freezer while you prepare the drink.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into your chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Top the glass with chilled soda water or club soda.
  7. Garnish with a lemon wedge or a few fresh berries. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful sloe gin and fizz!
