Ingredients:
- 1 Bagel (Everything, Poppy Seed, or Plain)
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 3 oz Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Capers, drained
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Toast the bagel halves to your desired level of doneness.
- Spread softened butter evenly on the toasted bagel halves.
- Spread the dill cream cheese mixture generously on both bagel halves.
- On the bottom half of the bagel, layer smoked salmon slices.
- Top with cucumber slices, then tomato slices, then red onion slices.
- Sprinkle with capers.
- Carefully place the top bagel half on top of the stack.
- Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your salmon bagel!
