- 1 teaspoon (2 g) ground cumin
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: brown sugar, kosher salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and ground cumin.
- Use a whisk or fork to mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed and clumpy sugar is broken up.
- Taste the rub and adjust pepper or cayenne for heat preference.
