Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 packs Maggi noodles
  • 2 packets Maggi seasoning
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  4. Add carrot slices and diced bell pepper, cooking until slightly softened (about 3-4 minutes).
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  6. Stir in Maggi seasoning and frozen peas.
  7. Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 2-3 minutes).
  8. Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander and lime wedges.
