Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
  • 1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water (110°F or 43°C) (180ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (450g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (240ml)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (150g)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (75g)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast. Let it foam for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined, then knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add shrimp.
  6. Season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  8. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit the baking sheet or pizza stone.
  9. Spread marinara sauce evenly across the dough.
  10. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add sautéed shrimp, and top with feta cheese.
  11. Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  12. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice, and serve hot.
