Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
- 1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm water (110°F or 43°C) (180ml)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (450g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce (240ml)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (150g)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (75g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for serving)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast. Let it foam for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined, then knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add shrimp.
- Season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit the baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add sautéed shrimp, and top with feta cheese.
- Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice, and serve hot.
