Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom
  • 0.5 oz Orange Blossom Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
  • 0.25 oz Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Chilled Prosecco or Dry Sparkling Wine
  • 1 oz Premium Soda Water or Sparkling Mineral Water
  • 1 Wide strip of Orange Zest (pith removed)
  • 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 Edible violas

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large wine glass (Copa) to the brim with fresh, clear ice. Use a bar spoon to stir the ice rapidly for 10 seconds to chill the glass, then strain out any melted water.
  2. Express the orange zest over the empty ice to coat the cubes in citrus oils, then tuck the peel into the side of the glass.
  3. Measure and pour the Ketel One Peach and Orange Blossom, honey syrup, and lemon juice over the ice. Stir gently for 5 seconds until the base of the glass feels cold.
  4. Tilt the glass slightly and slowly pour the chilled Prosecco down the interior side to preserve carbonation, then top with a splash of soda water.
  5. Using a bar spoon, perform one single 'lift' from the bottom to the top to integrate without losing bubbles. Garnish with fresh mint and edible flowers.
