Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey/maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
  2. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's not thick enough, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup, if desired. Blend briefly to combine.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
