Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450 g) minute steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat the minute steak dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the steak to the hot pan in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary). Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest on a plate.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and butter; stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the steak to the skillet, coating with sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
