Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (160g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. If using fresh mango, peel and chop the fruit into chunks. Freezing the chunks beforehand is recommended.
  2. Add the frozen mango, yogurt, milk, lime juice, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed.
  4. Taste the mango smoothie and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. For a colder smoothie, chill for 15 minutes before serving.
