Ingredients:
- 1 cup (160g) frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder (optional)
Instructions:
- If using fresh mango, peel and chop the fruit into chunks. Freezing the chunks beforehand is recommended.
- Add the frozen mango, yogurt, milk, lime juice, and honey (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed.
- Taste the mango smoothie and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. For a colder smoothie, chill for 15 minutes before serving.
