Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) brewed strong coffee (preferably Thai coffee)
- 1-2 whole green cardamom pods, crushed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup (120 ml) whole milk or coconut milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool slightly. Optional: Deepen flavor with crushed cardamom pods during brewing.
- In a small saucepan, combine brewed coffee with sweetened condensed milk and sugar. Stir well to dissolve.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or until chilled.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled coffee mixture over the ice. Top with whole milk or coconut milk for creaminess.
- Stir gently and enjoy your Thai iced coffee!
