Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Gin (London Dry or floral gin)
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 oz (120 ml) Champagne (Brut or Extra Brut)
  • Lemon twist, for garnish (Optional)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Chill your champagne flute or coupe glass.
  2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with champagne.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
