Ingredients:
- 1 oz (30 ml) Gin (London Dry or floral gin)
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 oz (120 ml) Champagne (Brut or Extra Brut)
- Lemon twist, for garnish (Optional)
- Ice
Instructions:
- Chill your champagne flute or coupe glass.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Top with champagne.
