Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Aperol
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Place your coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
  2. Add bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
  5. Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer (or fine-mesh sieve) into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or a small paper airplane (optional).
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
