Ingredients:
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Aperol
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Ice
Instructions:
- Place your coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
- Add bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer (or fine-mesh sieve) into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or a small paper airplane (optional).
- Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
