Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Whisky
- 4-6 oz (120-180 ml) Chilled Soda Water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon, Lime, or Orange wedge for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Chill the glass (optional): Place the highball glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice to chill. Remove the ice before proceeding.
- Add Ice: Fill the chilled highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Spirit: Measure and pour the whisky into the glass.
- Top with Soda Water: Gently pour the chilled soda water over the ice and spirit.
- Stir Gently: Using a bar spoon, gently stir the mixture once or twice.
- Garnish: Garnish with a lemon, lime, or orange wedge.
