Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Whisky
  • 4-6 oz (120-180 ml) Chilled Soda Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon, Lime, or Orange wedge for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the glass (optional): Place the highball glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice to chill. Remove the ice before proceeding.
  2. Add Ice: Fill the chilled highball glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the Spirit: Measure and pour the whisky into the glass.
  4. Top with Soda Water: Gently pour the chilled soda water over the ice and spirit.
  5. Stir Gently: Using a bar spoon, gently stir the mixture once or twice.
  6. Garnish: Garnish with a lemon, lime, or orange wedge.
