Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Optional: 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Luxardo Cherry
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place the coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill with ice and water to chill.
- In a mixing glass, combine the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, and optional orange bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
