Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60 ml) Tequila Blanco (ideally 100% agave)
- 0.5 ounce (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 ounces (120 ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice (pink or red preferred)
- Pinch of Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
- Grapefruit Soda (such as Jarritos or Squirt) to top
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Optional: 1/2 ounce (15ml) agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter paloma
Instructions:
- Salt the Rim (Optional): If desired, moisten the rim of your highball glass with a lime wedge and dip it in salt.
- Combine Ingredients: In your highball glass (or in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, if using), combine tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and salt. Add the agave if desired.
- Shake (Optional): If using a cocktail shaker, shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
- Add Ice: Fill the highball glass with ice.
- Top with Soda: Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish: Garnish with a lime wedge.
