Ingredients:
- 16 oz (475 ml) of low-sodium tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) of celery salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1 g) of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) of smoked paprika (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Celery sticks for garnish
- Cucumber slices for garnish
- Olives for garnish
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Measure and combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a cocktail shaker or large glass.
- Add celery salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika (if using). Stir well to combine.
- Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the Virgin Mary mixture over the ice.
- Add desired garnishes such as celery sticks, cucumber slices, or olives, and top with a lemon wedge for added zest.
