Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60ml) Brandy (VS or VSOP recommended)
  • 1 oz (30ml) Whole Milk
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until dissolved)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Ground Nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker (or a glass), combine the brandy, milk, heavy cream, simple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. If using a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  3. If using a shaker, strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. If not shaking, add ice to the rocks glass, then pour the ingredients over the ice and gently stir.
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink.
