Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) Brandy (VS or VSOP recommended)
- 1 oz (30ml) Whole Milk
- 0.5 oz (15ml) Heavy Cream
- 0.5 oz (15ml) Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until dissolved)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Ground Nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker (or a glass), combine the brandy, milk, heavy cream, simple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- If using a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- If using a shaker, strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- If not shaking, add ice to the rocks glass, then pour the ingredients over the ice and gently stir.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink.
