Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz (75 ml) Gin or Vodka
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 - 1 oz (22-30 ml) Olive Brine
  • Ice Cubes
  • Olives for Garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes before starting.
  2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the gin (or vodka), dry vermouth, and olive brine.
  3. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake well for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Strain the martini into the chilled glass using the cocktail strainer.
  5. Garnish with 1-3 olives on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately.
