Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz (75 ml) Gin or Vodka
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 - 1 oz (22-30 ml) Olive Brine
- Ice Cubes
- Olives for Garnish
Instructions:
- Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes before starting.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the gin (or vodka), dry vermouth, and olive brine.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake well for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the martini into the chilled glass using the cocktail strainer.
- Garnish with 1-3 olives on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately.
